初めて宿泊しました。クリスマスシーズンでエントランスには大きなクリスマスツリーが！ 広々としたキッズスペースやビュッフェにドーナツがたくさん並んでいたことに子供が大興奮でした！

The cleanliness of the room is acceptable and the toilet has no peculiar smell. There was no problem with the room temperature, and I didn't notice any discomfort from the draft. Dinner is a buffet style with many varieties, so you can try it again next time.

There were many free services and I was very satisfied. There were play areas both indoors and outdoors for children, so I enjoyed my hotel stay even though it was winter. Mother Farm was also close by. Incidentally, it was cheaper to buy tickets to Mother Farm at the hotel than to buy them in advance online, so I was glad I realized that before buying them. Alcoholic drinks and rusks were available in the lounge after checking in, and they were delicious.

The open-air bath is the best! The view of Mt. Nasu from the room is the best! The buffet food is the best! I will be a repeat customer. 😄

This hotel experience is very bad: You need to use the hotel's online system to queue for breakfast and dinner, and there is no waiting area outside the dining area on the top floor, which is very inconvenient. The bathroom is very smelly, we basically don't use it, we use the public bathroom on the floor. The hot spring area is okay. I have stayed in many hotels with one night and two meals in Japan, and this is the only one that allows guests to make their own beds. When I called to ask, the other party clearly said that they do not provide bed-making service. I am really impressed.
